Exceptional staff, attentive, clean facilities. Management is very empathetic and take care of any needs that arise. Always in touch with the family when there are special needs.

Not 1st choice in a place for my mom's 14-day Skilled Nursing Care, constantly had to ask for basic essentials, from soap, towels to even giving my mom a bath. Staff to Dr. Less than professional with the exception of an isolated few staff members. Clearly Short staffed, with limited supplies to accommodate in daily care. For the amount that my mom's insurance is paying this facility, the services given are less than desirable. Everyday that I leave her for the night, my heart weeps. Please dont bring your love ones here. Pay the extra $$ for Village Baptist or Epworth Villa.

Memory care here is a joke. It is essentially assisted living with locks on the doors. They do nothing to entertain or interact with the residents. There is nothing for them to do except eat and sleep. They don't listen to family or their concerns. They didn't provide proper medical care and ended up having to call 911 and have loved one taken to the hospital.

I was mistreated here for antibiotic treatment and then some of the nurses tried to put air in my pic line numerous times saying it was ok , a nurse Sonia abused my bruising my arm leaving bruises on my arm and was rough with me because she was intimidated by my medical knowledge , Aids let people sit in the cafeteria not paying attention to them cause they are busy on their cell phones , the resource lady is crabby and a smart a$$ but she pretends to take care of patients , Jonie is amazing , and Gepo needs to be fired , the activity's director is a angel , Angela and Mary are Angels .
