Some memory care facilities freak out if a resident has odd (but harmless) behavior and will simply ship a person off to the GeriPsych ward. Autumn leaves realizes that those odd behaviors are not an unusual part of the dementia disease.If the resident is not harming self or others, or being destructive, they can count the windowpanes, or play with the furniture, or dance to their own tune just as much as they want.The staff cares about both the residents and their loved ones.

Staff is nice, but you have to make multiple requests for things. Food is just ok.
