Horrible place!! This place is filthy, your shoes literally stick to the floor when you walk around this place. It smells like urine and feces. Blood on doors and vending machine buttons thats been reported and days later still there and thats not even the patients room. My brother was recently moved out of this horrific place after being in hospital with double pneumonia. When we went to collect his things they had it all boxed up and put into another patients room. Hes had multiple items stolen from him and when it gets brought up to admin he says prove it. Once my brother had all his belongs he noticed his alexa had been stolen among other things. Nursing homes are supposed to put patients property in a proper storage area not let it be a free for all for whoever. Will be making some phone calls on this place. (First thing when you walk in you'll see a fish tank thats completely black due to not being cleaned and little neon fish swimming around this says a lot!!!)

I have been visiting at least one resident at Cedar Creek, sometimes more than one, for approximately four years. The staff is neglectful of patients medical needs as well as basic care, such as bathing and nutrition. For example it is common, if not daily practice, to give residents with diabetes, corn and potatoes. The entire place smells like feces and urine every single day, sometimes with the smell of bleach overlaying that. Bodily waste will spill onto the floor and it will get soaked up with a towel but the floor doesnt get mopped for days. Certain staff members have been witnessed stealing from residents repeatedly. Residents are frightened to make any type of official report, because of punitive repercussions that happen to them if they do. The environment is disgusting and most of the staff is incompetent. The nursing home has changed owners, visiting physicians, and regular staff since the time I began visiting there. Nothing changes. Discussions and complaints have been held with the owner face-to-face about particular neglect examples happening inside the walls. And two days later, the same stuff happens again.Complaints have been made to the State of Oklahoma. Nothing changes. It is the saddest thing ever to see all these veterans, grandparents, parents and friends be treated so inhumanely.
