Diamond Willow of Grand Rapids has served seniors since 2006. I would gladly have any of my family members reside here. There are many staff who have worked for us for years. We have blessed with amazing caregivers and wonderful RN leadership throughout the years. Trish Black is the RN Director and has worked with hard to assure seniors have a fabulous option to a nursing home when they need higher care. Our homes are designed for those who simply desire a peaceful lodge feel of Minnesota. After years of traveling to Grand Rapids for work and Hockey games with two sons, I know wonderful the community is. Diamond Willow is l about creating a community and I highly recommend this to anyone I was providing care to.

My Grandma was there for a short while but it was a beautiful place with good care, big rooms, nice living room, .music came in, very welcoming to family & real food!
