The worst place I've ever stepped foot in. Horrible social services lady. Horrible staff. I feel very sorry for the residents.

Roaches as a starter, patient care is a no; as in no timely baths, no timely response. One person said she was the financial director, the social worker all in one. Maybe this is how it's done in Oklahoma but I would not ever go there again. You may as well put your loved one in the out house, because that's what it smells like. It is really a disgusting place. Even after I reported them to the state, nothing changed
