When I lived there, the Apartment Manager treated me very well. When she had to retire due to health problems, she was replaced by a black man by the name of Grandville. During a tornado, shingles were ripped off my roof area. The rain knocked down pieces of ceiling tiles allowing the floor to flood. Afterwards Grandville tacked trashbags over the hole in the ceiling. Rainwater gathered in the trashbags and overflowed on the floor. The ceiling still wasn't repaired, nor the roof, when I moved. However, the apartments are under new management and I hope to rent there again. I had nice neighbors who didn't bother others.
