My 85 year old mother-in-law has lived there for 3 years. The first year was wonderful. Now the price has went up twice. Always picking her home for inspection. Have never found anything wrong. She started having a few issues. Dishwasher, stopped up stoolSo when she called to report it. They informed her sorry we don't have a maintenance person hired right now. Ok so this a senior retirement home community. And this is how they treat them. The people that was suppose to take care of the yard. Either doesn't cut it at all. Or does a shotty job. Oh and now they announced another increase in rate. Come on they are senior citizens on a fixed income. We will be moving her ASAP !!!!
