I give a 2 star because it is super clean. I will give them that and one of the nurses I like. That is probably the end of it. I go there to check on my dad and ask questions and no one seems to know anything. Trying to get a ride for my dad to dr Apts are ridiculous not to mention to be picked up. I wait and wait at the desk and they see me but no one says anything. I do not like this place at all. They also lost my father!! Couldnt find him at all.

The food is not edible, it's cold and the residents wait 2-3 hours to get a meal if they even get fed. They have not fed my mom 5 times in the 2 months she has been here. She needed to see a Dr because she wasnt feeling good and she asked the nurse for 2 days to call and HE never did. They keep saying things are gonna get better but the are lying and dont care for the residents. The administration doesn't care, they work their 9-5 and go home and never, never care what goes on in the evenings or weekends. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Thought it would be better but boy was I wrong. ENID, if you love the person that needs to go to a nursing facility do not move anybody you know to this place. And if you look at the reviews the corporate office ONLY addresses the good comment not the bad. Hum, ironic they don't even care. No wonder this place is like it is.

My grandparents are my world and I would feel hugely confident in their care here knowing they would be cared for excellently!

Could not have wanted a nicer place or better staff to take care of all my needs on my short term stay. Highly reccomend.
