Make sure you do your research on them before choosing their services. They do not care about their clients the way they are supposed too. Also they will lie and lead you on just so you can choose them. Be careful!

This company is incompetent and Melissa is a liar of the first degree. They were supposed to help me with my IV's and change the dressing on my partially amputated foot While I recuperated at my home . When I went home the nursing home setting contracted them to visit my house four days a week. They came out the first time and gave me a crash course in IVs in 30 minutes and then told me they come by once a week to check on me and I had to figure out how to become an IV nurse and do it myself or have my daughter help me. For two weeks they never even came and looked at my wound on my foot or changed the dressing. They never even asked me about it . After I complained to a social worker, they called me immediately and came out the next day and gave me some bandage supplies which they never did and they changed the dressing. when my insurance company called me and asked how things were going I told him about that and I said that if this company charges for any kind of wound care for the past two weeks they're committing Medicare fraud.Then MY Insurance company called them and told them what I was telling them before they send out a bill so we'll never know but once they heard about that from my conversation with my insurance company they let me go as a client and the reason they gave was that I was noncompliant and they were saying that I was noncompliant because I was taking and playing with my pic line which is the hose that goes from my heart to my bicep, fitted for taking IVs and blood and such. That is such a lie which is a complete insult to me. I would've given it zero stars but then I won't be able to write this review . I heartilly advise that no one ever use this company they were completely incompetent that they didn't explain the IVs well I almost killed myself by shooting myself with air and they did get mad at me when I questioned them about it because I didn't learn how to become an IV nurse in 30 minutes and every time I asked them a question they will get bitchy with me. All I can say is run Forrest run !!
