Dont send your family member to this facility. I took my grandmother out of the facility because she was not being cared for and was deteriorating so fast. The staff is incompetent and INDOLENT . They packed her personal belongings with fecal matter on them and when I got home I had a nice little surprise, thanks! Kathy, the receptionist is unprofessional and rude! She will leave you on hold indefinitely and hang up on you. She should be fired!!! I called the facility because my grandmother was discharged without all of her medication and she needed her insulin. Nedra, the head nurse said she was calling in the prescription but it never arrived to the pharmacy. After hours of waiting at the pharmacy, I called the PCP listed on the paperwork given to me when my grandmother discharged and the office said they hadnt prescribed any medication for my grandma in 9 months!!! Well then, who is the prescribing physician? Later, I find out that the doctor listed is the physician for the facility. Everyone passing the responsibility on to another and none taking ownership for not packing my grandmas insulin. Listen to me dont put your loved ones in this facility and if you can get them out!

My mom is there went to call her today and I was on hold for 30 minutes.... so I finally hung up..... seriously? Takes 30 minutes to get my mother on the phone ?
