very rude staff. Called for a question and they hung up.

This facility is a very pleasant place. Staff is very good with the residents and there are lots of smiles and everyone seems overall happy and very well taken care of. Its actually a breath of fresh air to see residents who get along with staff and each other so well. Very homey.
