Great place to live for seniors unless you can mow your own lawn.

They switched management companies four times within a year I would not recommend for anyone to stay there the trailers are junk they brand new held up by Barbie pins and Staples they tell you they'll do the driveway and don't they say they're put new screen doors up on your units and don't they put gutters on your house and don't stay away from that place. If you tell them you're on a fixed income they don't care As soon as I got a chance to move out I was gone. Don't look at the ratings those are old ratings.

It's nice for a mobile home park. Place is recently renovated and from what I hear the neighbors look out for each other. All good things to have!
