Proud to be part of a great team. The team at Concord is all around caring. The nurses and aides treat our residents like they are family. The activities team is always on the go: gardening, balloon toss, fishing, and meal outings are a few of the most loved activities. The therapy gym is beautiful and spacious, and the therapists are fun and dedicated in helping residents succeed. The dietary department is top notch, and I don't mind missing a lunch outing for a lunch in. I highly recommend coming in for a tour to check it out.
