Visiting Angels

If you care about your loved ones do not, I repeat, do not employ these people. Visiting Angels is a franchise. Anyone can start a business. The people that run this particular franchise are the worst kind of human beings. They care nothing about you or your loved ones. They are unprofessional in every way. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor find another company.

Jim and Carol (the owners) are both very rude and have nasty attitudes at all times. They may put on a little show in the beginning to the employees families but you will soon see... sadly they do not care about your elder loved ones they are just all about the money. They literally hire anyone on the spot and also just use them to keep a case if the family likes them and never give the caregiver work. They like to act like children and get a attitude and then hang up on you when things don't go their way. They tell employees they absolutely have to call them during an emergency as in someone falling or bleeding ect but when it comes down to it they say thing like 'ughh I don't know what to do' as a man is bleeding all over bed out of rear end and brush things under the rug these are people employees are supposed look up to and have working above them. What a joke of a company the way they run this business is disgusting and so unprofessional. I would NEVER put my parents in their care or any business like theirs. There are people that love what they do and have a passion for it but companies like this are messed up. You would think they would try to be grown up and set an example as adults and business owners. These are peoples parents not just more bucks in your pocket. They literally talked to an elder lady like she never know what she was talking about and didn't know how to walk or do things on her own she then got so upset everytime they came to her home and had an attitude towards them and always talked about how they treated her and she did not like them. I could go on if you'd like to hear more but please don't put your family members in their care.
