Food is horrible. There are NO activities in memory Care. The refrigerator and juice and sink have been broken forever. Staff have long nails, chewing gum, dismissive of residents and spend more time playing on their phones than doing anything with residents. Residents are never taken outside. It might look good but the residents are ignored. It is absolutely unacceptable! They should be ashamed of the lack of interest they take in their residents. They obviously don't care about their residents

First, this is one of the only job environments Ive worked in that management talks poorly about employees and residents. They do nothing but sit in their offices and make employees run the facility without their help. They never give residents their supplies/needs that they pay for monthly (depends, wipes, etc) They act like they care about residents and employees but dont take complaints seriously, nor do they make the work environment enjoyable. 0/10 recommend to bring family here, or work here.

This facility is amazing! As an active family member I can personally say the care for their residents, the staff and facility as a whole are top notch. The activities for the residents and family/resident activities are wonderful. No place like The Inn at Summit Trail!

Very beautiful facility nice and personable staff, even the nurses seem polite, butthe management leaves much to be desired. I'm a professional LPN who applied for a job here. I have been in all types of facilities. Some better than others, but never have I been disrespected by management in this way. I waited to meet for an interview for over an hour, and no one ever spoke with me other than the receptionist. Not ANY member of management or administration even poked there head out to introduce themselves. If you a new nurse this is a good place, but if your a seasoned nurse save yourself a trip.
