As the new Administrator I would like to apologize for your experience with our facility. I regret that we have not successfully established the partnership we strive for with our residents, families and staff. We are proud that we have employees who have been here for 20, 30 and 40 years of longevity. They are the heart and soul of our care family. We also have new employees joining us and they, too, are advocates for our residents. As any facility, we have new employees joining our team as they pursue their careers in the nursing field. We never want family members to feel they arent receiving the very best from us. We appreciate your concerns and will use them to help us continue to grow.

Short staffed. Constantly over worked under paid and unable to give the proper care needed to the patients. My Mom has been they're a little over 2 yrs . I Have to stay on top of things Daily. Some good Nurses and Aids Dont last Long over worked. Employee turn over High. Old Equipment. I wouldn't recommend this place although most Nursing Home's in Ohio Don't have adequate Employee to Patient Ratio thanks to the law passed by our Former Governor.

Family member came into this nursing home in good health and less than a year died at the hands of these nurses for their OWN mistake. Many people have passed away at this place (not due to age because of negligence) and numerous people have fallen and ended up in the hospital. I would never recommend sending your loved one here. They are short staff, and uneducated. Theyve fired administrators and hired new ones over and over. They have changed the name of this facility countless times because of so many complaints. Im surprised it hasnt shut down yet. Waiting for the day it does.
