Jessica, Lacey, and Lance, all three employees here, are hateful people and I wouldnt trust them to take care of a squirrel, much less my elderly loved one. If I could give this place, their customer service, their bedside manner, and the people they hire 0 stars, I would. Find somewhere else to put your elderly loved ones, you dont want these horrible people caring for them. Trust me.

Unfortunately had an unpleasant encounter with a few current employees, and I'm absolutely disgusted to think they're caring for elderly people. Clearly no standards when it comes to employment, hiring people with such awful and nasty personalities. Avoid at all cost, or you'll regret it.

I have worked at Elmcroft for 4 years and find it to be a great place to work. The company truly seems to value their employees and incorporates fun days and other employee perks as part of their ongoing normal practice. The residents are lovely and after the initial transition into the building seem to perk up and thrive. Lots of activities to keep residents entertained. Great Food!
