Northfield Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Very very negative facility. Horrible staff run this place. Please... if you have family at this facility, please check in on them often to make sure they are being cared for properly. I have never experienced such rude, non compassionate people. It is hard to watch a loved one getting neglected at a place that is supposed to care for them. Do not use this facility.

The staff is horrendous. My mother in law has been there for about 24 hours and the staff is the worst. She's scared to eat the food because she's scared what the staff has put into it because she's asking why people aren't taking care of her!! What she's paying for them to do!!!! She is scared to hit the call button because they've been so cruel to her. She's sitting in urine and feces to the point where I've told her to call 911 to take her back to UH. I feel bad for for the helpless elderly people there that are no doubt being neglected there. The city should close this place down. Update-] it was less than 24 hours there and we had to call 911 to have her removed from this place. They abused my mother and when she was crying and hysterical because she was being hurt they yelled at her and said 'that's how they do things there ' they also yelled at my father in law and kicked him out of her room. We will be contacting social workers and the state. I also have posted reviews anywhere I can so other families don't have to go through this with their loved ones.

All I really have to say is that someone on staff stole my grandmother's wedding ring after she passed away at this facility.

Administration (Monica, Reception, Therapists (Aggie especially), and Amanda are helpful, kind and caring. The facility is clean and tidy.
