Worked here for a year and everyone was super nice and it's was a great place to work until February 2020. I was assaulted by one of the STNA's and didnt press charges ( honestly my mistake I should have) they fired me after this incident. Management was good and I absolutely loved my residents and still miss them greatly.

My mom was very happy at ONeill's during her Rehab. The staff was very caring and friendly.

While at ONeills my mother has been in assisted living, memory support and now, long term care. Every unit has exhibited professionalism, outstanding care, and most important, a genuine love and concern for mom. This extends to the entire staff at ONeills. My family is very grateful!

This place is a joke! My mother was here for 3 weeks and came out a very bitter woman. When she would call for assistance, someone would say that they would be right there. I guess at O'neill that means half an hour. If she would attempt to get to the bathroom on her own, she would get yelled at. The attitudes of most of the nurses is that they really hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. Even though my mother could've used extra care before going home, she just couldn't wait to get out!! OH.... and don't bother calling corporate offices to complain, you'll get the usual 'that is unacceptable,we'll take care of that right away' and then nothing gets done. Do not send anyone you care about here!!!!

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at ONeill for taking care of our friend. He was off to a rocky start but the staff was understanding and patient during his recovery. He was suspicious, and difficult, but the aids, nurses, social service and therapy staff were professional and stern when he needed a push in the right direction. The communication with his brother & other family members was much appreciated! We have been in other nursing homes and left within 2 days of being admitted! ONeill hits a home run!
