I love working at Gracewoods Niles. I feel like I'm part of a family because that's how we're treated. Every day is an opportunity to prove your dedication to the residents and having a leader who is willing to do the same makes it easy to want to put in 110%. The residents are well cared for, the facilities are clean and well maintained. I enjoy going to work every day because it feels like I'm where I belong, doing what I love with people I love working with.

This facility is well decorated, warm, and friendly. Its definitely the kind of place where everyone feels welcome when they walk in the door. The entire staff is hardworking and strives for excellence every day of the week. You wont find nicer people and I enjoy being a part of the team.
