when i first walked in the facility everyone was so genuine i cant wait to start the new job im very happy

Day shift staff is excellent. Unfortunately still having issues with the second shift locking my mom out of her room as a punishment and also as a convenience to the staff. Totally unacceptable to lock mom out of a room she pays dearly for even with a sign on her door to not lock it. Her needs are being neglected to go lay down or use her own restroom as she desired.
