In response to Lorianne Germany:Im the current housekeeper here at American House and I must say that I come down to the memory care units to clean. Im also responsible for cleaning the 3rd floor. Im really sorry to hear you took your mom from the community before I could show you that housekeeping isnt horrible. I wish you nothing but the best of luck, and my apologies for any mishap that you had with housekeeping.

No staff the housekeeping is horrible the aide on the unit even told my husband that they dont even have a housekeeper for the memory care residents which is sad management barely know anything when you ask them about certain things the nurses have very nasty attitudes especially the second shift nurse Mary lets be reminded these are the people who give our love ones medication everyday since American House took over its been a mess Im so happy I moved my mother out I think it was the best decision ever.

I'm a caregiver that was there taking care of two wonderful couple there from a different agency, that I will miss deeply. But this place especially the east side memory unit and housekeeper treat me like family . The all staff in generally. Thank you so much for treating the Munozs and me like family. I will recommended this place to anybody.
