First of all the main boss is racist. Most of the staff have gone and left cause of her and she keeps a dog following her. They also dont meet standards that previous reviewers left. Most of them had quit cause of being under paid and over worked. Most residents leave and go to better facilities cause they are not being properly taken care of by staff. They even had a recent caregiver abusing a resident by rough handling her that they kept under wraps from family. And most importantly only select few get properly taken care of cause of them being favorites by staff or being pushy. Food is horrible and memory care resident sit in front of the tv all day and watch hallmark, news or tcm everyday until being forced to bed. And as to work there... try going to a hospital or anywhere else first. Save yourself from stress, high blood pressure and developing anger issues.

it's out in the middle of nowhere, if you do not have a vehicle or reliable transportation do not waste your time.
