I looked at several assisted living facilities for my mom. This one immediately felt like home. The care and concern they show for my mom is above and beyond. What a fabulous staff! Highly recommended.

My sisters and I have been happy with the treatment of our 89-year-old mother, and she seems pleased, too. She would enjoy more musical programs, and we think some sort of exercise room might be used by some of the residents. The personnel have been good in dealing with us.

From the moment I stepped into the door of the Fountains, I was welcomed by the staff. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help with whatever our parents needed. Ivy made me feel at ease about our parents move from their home into the Fountains. She is someone that I feel I can call at any time if I had questions or concerns. From her associates who helped facilitate the move to the attorney who updated our parents legal work, everyone was compassionate, patient and understanding. What really put me at ease with the decision is the lack of turnover by the staff. That was the big selling point. When the staff is treated well, the residents are treated well. I recommend the Fountains to anyone who is looking for assistant living.

In March, when my sister and I began looking for an assisted living facility to place our 95-year-old uncle, we considered two or three locations. After being skillfully wooed by Ivy Kopit, we chose the Fountains - and have been thankful every day since. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The staff is friendly. And there are enough activities to satisfy everyone.Like many, we began our search with negative preconceived notions about late-in-life care facilities. They're not always the happiest of places. What's comforting is the knowledge that we picked the right one.Brent LarkinPaige LarkinJuly 17, 2014
