This review is for almost two years ago. I took my wife there from Summa hospital in Akron. My wife was on pain and anxiety medication so the hospital told me they made sure her prescriptions were faxed over before we left Akron. When we arrived and got in her room, I asked about her medicine. They said we had to wait for the doctor. This was about 7 at night. The doctor wasn't going to be in until the next morning. My wife was on oxygen and the longer she was off her medicine the harder it was for her to breathe. I wanted them to call the doctor and they did but could only leave a message. The doctor never called back. My wife begged me to take her to the hospital. Finally in the middle of the night I took her back to Summa hospital. They gave her pain and anxiety medication and she started feeling better almost immediately. The next day I tried to go and get the medications that the home had for her and a smart acting guy told me that they weren't ours anymore because we left without being discharged even though my insurance paid for them. As you can tell I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The rating would have been higher if it wasn't for the fact that after my son's phone accidentally went thru the laundry service, after it was returned to him, the SIM CARD had been removed. Not to mention ' missing' clothes.
