They are an abusive facility. And the ones that do not abuse the residents turn a blind eye to it. For example , grandma suea face has clearly been beating. Nobody has ever fail from a chair and sustained injuries like hers. And now the nursing home wont even speak on the incident at all , just hired a lawyer to defend them. Morally thats already wrong. If they really cared about the residents they would take full responsibility for their actions instead of trying to cover it up.
