This was a beautiful, well maintained facility when it first opened. It is now in dire need of a thorough cleaning, carpet/flooring replaced, interior painting, repairs, etc. Some apartments have not been painted in over 10 years. Tenants have to pay for their own floor replacement of deteriorated carpet. Recently is has had 2 issues of bed bugs. The bed bugs spread to neighboring apartments. I can not recommend this building to anyone at this time.
