I worked for this facility through agency, which is a very nice place. However, I was put on DNR list because of false accusations. Their scheduler is unorganized. I was told and as well over heard people that work for the facility say that the scheduler put them on days that they are not supposed to be on just so the schedule looks presentable. That come out of nurses and aid mouths. If youre an agency worker make sure if they move you to change your name as well because it someone else leaves an assignment messed up they will blame you.

My parents have lived at Laurel Lake since 2014. Its a beautiful place, nice big campus. I've been impressed how active the residents are. Staff really go above and beyond. Definitely worth considering.

It used to be very nice. It has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. A fantastic pool but no lifeguards. Food is served cafeteria style where they used to have servers. Horrible management. Prices consistently go up while services go down.
