Very poor management. They cover up lies and make up new rules everyday screw over employees and threaten them with loosing there job if they dont do what they say make uo points that dont exist because they cant find anything else to get rid of you. Suspend you for no reason cause again cant find any reason to fire you tgen let you back but wont ket you puck up any shifts so youll just quit. Wont let you back on the property but fired you over points which is not a violent offense or threatning and wont tell you why your not aloud on the property. Threaten your job through text and never even met you and when you stand up for yourself and tell the person your taking the text to the administrater and discussing it she finds,a reason and makes up points to get you fired and not aloud on the property now so you cant even show the text to to the administrater now sneaky people. The nurses are awesome and the,aides kick butt they hold that place together and make sure the residents are,taken care of but management is,awful greg stout and brittany wallace.
