This place lies they frown upon past mistakes call all your references tell you you have the job and then say no. If someone has a record it obviously isnt that bad because that person can still obtain a license to work with elderly... Not all people are bad and some do make mistakes but if they are old it shouldnt ne held against them. The people are nice but himan resources needs to be real and understand that even they arent perfect.
