Grove City location- I would have provided zero stars if it were an option. Make no mistake they have a very hard job. There are shortages of help. HOWEVER, when you pay above average care fees you will expect them to show up! Worst management possible. You never know who you are going to get!!! No consistency. Turnover is high. USE ANOTHER SERVICE.

As an employee there i saw the high standards set and worked hard to be the best caregiver my patient could have.

I hope this finds anyone that is inquiring about visiting angels in Grove City, Ohio. Long story made short we were in need of good at home need for my grandparents and ended up with theft, lies, and negligence. After we trusted Daniel Nelson and his 'visiting angels' my family has dealt with negativity, the unprofessionalism and lies from Daniel Nelson, a number of no shows, cash and change missing. We went to Daniel Nelson with our concerns and he basically cussed and yelled at us and talked over, he made remarks about our family in a negative manner and said we were the ones in the wrong with no proof or substance to back up what he saying. I believe there are good care givers out there and there were a few good care givers that came from there company but a place that is run by a person like Daniel Nelson cannot be trusted! I wish your family luck and I hope this saves you from the heart ache our family has went through with them!
