This is the only apartment complex who allowed me to fill an application online in pdf, as a disability accommodation. And placed on the wait list based on that. It was very thoughtful and speaks volumes how they care. I am forever grateful and highly recommend Euclid Hill Villa

Euclid Hill VillaPoor staff and they discriminate against people with disabilitiesMy mother in law who has lived in Euclid Villa for 3 yrs was served with a notice advising that she must leave her apartment. She was then question on her mobility and if she needed a bedside commode. She was told that she should not be in there building all of a sudden because they can not accommodate her being disabled and that they're facility is Not a nursing home. She was asked to move over the phone, nothing in writing nor was an eviction filed. There is nothing in her lease that states you have to be able to walk or commode is not permitted in her suite. I plan on filing a formal complaint against the property management company for there poor practices and discrimination. Not even worth a 1 star rating, this building is disgusting and so is the staff. KKH View Less
