I wanted to believe that there was a facility that was ready to take care of my loved one, but that was not the case. It was a short stay, but the level of care fell even shorter. I wonder at times if the staffing is selected from a pool of prospects that have had no luck in getting another job.It hurts me to say that my loved one has passed and that I dont have much good to say about the final place they stayed. When confronted with issues, excuses were made. I'm not a fool, I'm well educated enough to understand that the explanation was a quick solution to avoid obvious fault.The atmosphere of the rooms are atrocious! When I would enter the rooms, they were always a mess!I implore everyone considering this facility to give it another thought. Dont make the MISTAKE I made in choosing this place!

My mom has been receiving excellent care while at the Convalarium. The nurses and aids have treated her with dignity and respect. The admissions team has been helpful and understanding during one of the most difficult times our family has experienced. We would recommend this facility for both short and long term care needs for your loved one.

The nursing staff and aides have provided excellent care for my mom. They are kind and attentive to her needs. Admissions and billing personel have been extremely helpful in helping our family navigate the complexities of long term care.

This was the worst place I have ever had to stay in I had a hip replacement with Complications it was a total nightmare
