One of the absolute worst stna jobs Ive had. The management staff is not experienced. I walk into residents who havent been touched all Night. The nurses and director of nursing cover up falls, nurses giving wrong medication to residents, lots of covered up neglect. Get your family members out while you can

My father in law has been at Walnut Creek for 3 years. The care is up and down. During the day, it is great. At night, not so much. They have high turnover in staff. He is content there but does see the deficiency.

This place puts on a nice show but if you don't keep an eye on them they will skip everything that they can get away with. You have to constantly complain about everything and then still double check to make sure that they follow through with the simplest of tasks. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go elsewhere.
