Extremely understaffed. Patients are not given the proper care. They go days without getting bathed. They have to sit for hours in their wheelchairs because no one will take the time to lay them back down. When a patient calls for help, they are ignored, sometimes for hours. This is absolutely not acceptable and if this continues, the place should be shut down.

Nursing staff dont play their part.. they wont change a catheter when needed.. had one state she didnt know how to hook up an oxygen tank.. some aides will sit and let call lights go off, they wont empty bedside commades, left people sit in waste for hours.. do not recommend for employment or care

Lake Pointe is my home away from home. The staff here takes pride in thier jobs. The caring hands and loving hearts is beyond words.

My brother in laws room was not clean for three days. His brother had to call the main office in order to get some help. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
