My father was in this facility and had the worst experience. He was neglected and I would not recommend. The facility looks good and the initial treatment is all for show. You must visit your loved one daily and ensure they get the appropriate care. Keep a journal and record what you are told and how they are doing. Document EVERYTHING!! There were a few great staff but they could only do so much. As a society we must do a better job in how we treat older adults. They have paid their dues and this should be a time they receive services and care available to them.

My grandmother was took care of wonderfully there. They do a great job helping her get healed up after her hip surgery. Excellent physical therapy, extremely clean rooms, and caring nursing staff. When my grandma was finally healed enough to be able to return home she wouldn't leave till she was able to say goodbye and give a hug to the nurses, and physical therapists that took such good care of her. We had a bad experience in the past with other centers, it was so refreshing to have had such a good one here. In the central Ohio area there really isn't any other place I'd recommend, it really was that good of a experience.

I have worked here for just over a year and this is by far the best Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility I have worked. Everyone from the nurses to the housekeepers are friendly are truly care about each and every one of the patients. The company cares about doing the right thing for the patient. You cannot work for a better, more caring company!
