My wife, Nancy, is a resident in the Memory Care unit. We are very happy with the new management and Care Managers and Nurses. Everyone is well mannered and have positive attitudes, unlike some of the few disgruntled employees who have recently left. Looking at some of the recent negative reviews, it's obvious that they were written by the recently departed disgruntled employees. This place is great, and I would highly recommend it to any and all. I see that the disgruntled employees are still at it. They have asked all their friends to post one star ratings without any comments just to lower the Bickford rating. I would hope that the disgruntled former employees concentrate on their new jobs and stop being vindictive.
