I was looking for a place for my grandfather and Sarah called me back immediately and was able time fit us in her scheduled the same day and I apprecite it very much. I just want to say thank you for having someone who cares

Although I personally don't have any family members as the residents at Hilltop Village, I've had a pleasure visiting the facility several times. I was struck by the warmth of the place, just a welcoming homey and dynamic environment. Staff seems caring and accommodating. Some of the residents who were in the lobby were smiling and joking around. Others, in the dining room, were keeping busy, playing cards and bingo. One big family. This seems to be the place one would trust to help care for the loved one.
