I had several days inpatient stay after having a stroke ~ I highly recommend Mercy West ... the attention and care given were excellent. The nurse(s) and aids were wonderful.

The nurse are rude and they don't want family to visit their love ones I was called nasty names by the nurse and talk down to I will never go back in that place they do not take care of people at all they don't care at all when I try to asked the nurse questions about my love one they would call me names and talk down to because i was going in there every day to see my love one they hated it they try to tell me you don't need to come and see her every day that right there shows me that they are trying to hide something after the nurse Terri called me a liar I have not been back to her I hope she is ok I hate this place I would not let them take care of my pet snake don't put your love ones in there take them someone where else
