I have had family live in the small houses and family work for the small houses. Too many responsibilities are placed on the aides. All of the work cannot possibly get done correctly in a shift and your loved ones have one on one time. Houses and constantly understaffed and aides are being forced to work alone with no help or being forced into working double shifts.

The Otterbein facilities are totally outstanding! I'm an R.N., so my expectations will be higher than the average person. But Otterbein definitely goes above and beyond in care giving. I highly recommend their facilities!
