I live at Centerburg Pointe. I have been very anxious about the COVID-19 since it came to light in March. I am thankful that Centerburg Pointe has been strictly quarantined and has kept me safe. The staff has been wearing masks and has given us all masks in case we need to leave our rooms. Therapy has continued to work with me in the room to make sure I get stronger so I can go home.

The food is really bad. You put your call light on and you are lucky if someone comes within an hur. I was outside sitting in my own car not bothering anyone and they called the sherif on me. Because I wasn't in the designated area

I have been a resident here at Centerburg Pointe for almost 5 years. During my time here, I have made several friends and enjoy the activities. Among my favorite activities are bingo, rummy, crafts and the outings to the store and local restaurants. The therapy team here has been terrific when Ive needed physical and occupational therapy. I really enjoy socializing with the staff and other residents. The food and cleanliness are better here than other nursing facilities. I am so happy that my husband and myself live here at Centerburg Pointe.

From one of our residents here at facility:I've been here going on my 8th year. I love this facility. The nurses and aids work very hard to make sure the residents and their family members are involved and knowledgeable as to the care they are and will be receiving. The care we receive here from the nurses as well as the aids is very good. The facility is kept very clean as well as the rooms to help with the comfort level necessary for everybody involved. When you come into the building you will be greeted by our receptionist who is both honest and cheerful as to the care and comfort of us. We have daily activities provided by our Activities Director who makes life here more enjoyable. Our management team works diligently to provide answers to all the questions that may arise from living here on a daily basis.
