Although I personally don't have any family members as the residents at Woodside Senior Living, I've had a pleasure visiting the facility several times. I was struck by the warmth of the place, just a welcoming homey and dynamic environment. Staff seems caring and accommodating. Some of the residents who were in the lobby were smiling and joking around. Others, in the dining room, were keeping busy, playing cards and bingo. One big family. This seems to be the place one would trust to help care for the loved one.

My aunt has been a resident for 4 years, She has actually improved while there. She was walking with a walker or cane when she arrived, she uses neither now. She has gained some much needed weight and has made friends

My mom moved in to this facility 06/2017. Every month her rent statement showed a different balance which is TOTALLY FRUSTRATING. The statement doesn't tell in detail why but when I had a sit down with management and finance they told me my mom's rent will be the same thus far which was a lie. Not only did her rent amount change but her rent date was moved up as well. Almost EVERYONE says food isn't worth eating. The nurses are good and personable which makes her stay ok.I hope after this review things change for the better.Following up:Management did respond back the same day(glad about it) hopefully change will come.
