they do NOT watch the residents very well...my mother has fallen 6 times since she's been there because they do not keep an eye on her...this time she fell out of the bed because they didnt put the rails up!

Can't get past the operator with important information and payments. She just hangs up on you. An operator is the front person that gives the impression of a facility. If Ann is an example of the facility who hangs up on a person without helping them then well...you get it.
