The lady that own the place is racist and picks on the people who live there i currently live here its the worst park in ashtabula county i would give 0 stars if i could we bought a trailer 4 years ago and the condition it was bought in has not changed now she wants us to pay for home repairs and singles us out there has been glass sitting infront of our house for over a week that someone has broke here she refused to clean it up but thats not the best part for the past 5 months wehave has issues with our power caused by the power hook up behind the house witch is her responsibility to fix and its remained broken our power cuts out 3 times a day or more she is also more then likley stealing money from people that live here this place needs new managment!

the lady that runs this bussiness is a liar how can a company have some one like her run their bussiness for them she called me to buy a car for her son .i go there with the vehicle her son takes the car while working for the company an totals out my car . now she refuses to pay for the vehicle. is this the kind of peple you want to run your bussiness for you.
