Hated to even give them 1 star. I call them visiting thieves. They sent someone new everyday to my brother and mother. All kinds of things were going missing. One of even unplugged my brother vivant camera in the garage so they can get away with food, clothes, linen and even stole his rug shampooer. Hard to pinpoint who it is when you have 3-8 different people in 1 one week...and new ones come every week. STAY AWAY FROM THE VISITING THIEVES!

I have been using visiting angels since this spring and have been really pleased with them. They have worked diligently to pair me with someone who is caring and capable of helping me. They come out and help with my household chores and visit with me. Their company is really welcomed and appreciated. They will do just about anything I need them to do. Just this last week my angel helped me decorate my house for Christmas. I understand that they are not a medical organization and are here to help me so I can stay in my house. Their assistance has been a real help to my family also and they definitely appreciate that. The people I have dealt with have been exceptional and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who requires that extra assistance.

When asked to care for my wife while I work long hours the staff at the Williston Visiting Angels was abrupt and rude. They stated they didn't have the 'manpower' to help with her. They then hung up the phone. They did not want to even discuss options to help her. My wife is devastated and wants to come home to be with her family. There are limited care options in this area and we are left with few alternatives.

I wasnt aware of Visting Angels until last year, but since then have know several families that been able to take advantage of their sevices provided in the Williston & surrounding areas! They have made it possible for them to stay in their homes longer. On occasion even staying overnight, visiting them when in the hospital & nursing home. What Ive always heard is that they are very professional in working & attire. Im glad to know this is available in the area. I wish it would have been available 25 years ago when my close neighbors could/would have used them, but glad to know that this is a growing company that this area is desperately in need of!
