The entire staff at theView on the hill in minot is professional, and skilled, however The owner Gaylin in my opinion is an absolute detriment.Having interactions with around 8 members of the staff over the course of 10 days was pleasant but when it was time to work with the owner Gaylin was one of the worst elderly men i have come across in my 19 years of servicing buildings.To have the owner insult your intelligence, and to personally attack is despicable.There are many care centers in Minot. Choose wisely.
