I was really touched when seeing a nurse assistant sing to the residents. I could tell the residents really enjoyed her and she made them smile. I also saw another nurse aide hug her resident and tell her, 'I love you.' We should take the time to recognize special people like that.

I am glad I got my Mom out of this place, I felt she was mistreated horribly and could not speak for herself, she could only scream, and she did. No one should have to scream. I've seen better nursing homes where certain nurses' personalities work just fine with difficult patients. I also caught CNA's breaking rules, and they got by with what they could. The rooms are not clean enough. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is wonderful.. I do have an issue with Becky. The fnp on the 4th floor. She is the one bad apple on the floor. She is very sneaky, and has been known to break confidentiality by standing close to patients without them knowing, so she can listen to see is she can get anyone in trouble.. very in appreciate I feel she needs to be forced on tr o
