Okay, let's begin. I spent about 2 months attempting to get a call back, and finally was able to. After another 3 weeks I was able to schedule an appointment. Nobody was there for the first appointment and after calling about 9 times in a row I was informed the weather was 'too bad' for 'maintenance' to show me the apartment. It was not raining or snowing, it was a little cloudy and cold. North Dakota. So we make an appointment again and nobody. shows. up. Nobody. After being put through a loop, getting wrong information, and then dealing with the unprofessionalism I am tired of trying to get an apartment here. I will NEVER call here again. If I had the number for corporate I'd call faster than you could say bologna. Terrible experience. Wasted my time.
