So I was really disappointed in this place. There are some good people working here but they don't take good care of their patients. They don't respond to the alert system in the room. They don't take good care of their patients. You better hope family is staying with you for support. They claimed one night that they didn't know my father was staying in his room. You have to go out and raise hell to get help. They pretent to forget to come back when you ask for help. The food was awful. My father would refuse to eat. The menu would say shrimp and they would bring him a ground up hot dog. They refused him treatment for his existing medical isaues. They did not follow doctor's orders. Awful place. Now the rehab helped mainly my father worked hard so he could leave because the staff neglected their patients and he couldn't wait to leave.

I have had multiple family members stay at this place. The therapy is always working with someone. The staff is friendly and tries to help any way they can. It is clean and I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

The CNAs and Nurses took great care of my grandmother. The therapy department is awesome. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Brian Center of Wilson offers great care and therapy. My mother has been to this facility multiple times for therapy and they always greet us with a smile. They may make mistakes, but the leadership is very responsive and will take care of everything quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
