First time living at clear run. What a lovely place! Morgan the leasing consultant was extremely helpful with finding an apartment that best suited us. The customer service at clear run is top notch. Overall the apartments are really spacious and clean which makes for great student living.

Morgan and dori are always so helpful when I go into the office. The maintenance team is fantastic! They are always quick to come whenever I have an issue. Davemann is real nice. I love it here.

Roaches, noise, expensive, bad windows and doors you can feel the breeze in your living room, horribly rude office staff that will do NOTHING for you. Heroin needles in the neighborhood.

Wouldn't recommend renting at this complex to anyone. Since my roommate and I moved in in April we've had nothing but difficulties with issues inside the apartment, pest problems, extra charges on our rent and little to no help from management and the office staff. I recently had to get a new car, which was towed from the complex before I even had a chance to get a new sticker for it. When I went into the office to get a new sticker for my car I was informed that I would be charged for a new sticker, on top of the 140 cash I paid to get my car back. The over priced rent and constant issues are not worth it and I would suggest that anyone looking at these apartments find a different place to live.
